Q: How quickly do I receive my content?
A: I know timing matters. That’s why you’ll receive your raw footage within 24 hours, with your edited content delivered within 24–48 hours. Everything is ready to view, download, and share — so you can relive your moments while they’re still fresh.
Q: Do I get access to all raw footage?
A: Yes — you’ll receive all usable raw footage captured during your session or event. This allows you to revisit every moment and use the content however you wish.
Q: How is the content captured?
Most content is shot on my iPhone 17 Pro in 4K but also will take photos on my Canon EOS M50 camera. Will also have a DJI Osmo 7 Gimbal to support and stabilise the phone - meaning I can film smooth video footage whilst moving around. I have LED Lights too if required that I keep to hand and a white backdrop for shoots if needed.
Q: Will you get in the way during my event?
A: Not at all — I take a relaxed, unobtrusive approach, capturing moments as they naturally happen. My focus is on blending into your event while documenting everything without interrupting the flow of your day.
Q: Do you help plan the content?
A: Absolutely. Every booking includes a pre-event planning call, where we’ll talk about your timeline, vision, and any specific moments you want me to focus on.
Q: What’s the difference between your packages?
A: The main difference between my packages is the amount of coverage and the level of content included. Smaller packages are ideal for shorter or more intimate moments, while larger packages offer extended coverage and a wider range of content, allowing me to capture your event or brand more fully.
Q: How do I book you?

Q: Do you replace a traditional videographer or photographer?
A: No — I complement them. My role is to capture candid, behind-the-scenes content for social media. While your photographer or videographer focuses on polished, formal shots, I document the fun, emotional, and spontaneous moments in a modern, shareable format.
Q: Can I choose the style of my content?
A: Yes! Whether you love romantic edits, vintage camcorder vibes, or want to follow a trending TikTok format, I’ll tailor the content to your preferred aesthetic. We’ll discuss it during your pre-event planning call.
Q: Can I request specific music or audio for my Reels?
A: Definitely! If there’s a trending sound or favourite song you’d like used, let me know in advance and I’ll incorporate it wherever possible, keeping platform guidelines in mind.
Q: Will I be able to approve the edits?
A: All edits are carefully curated with your style in mind. While full revisions aren't included as standard (to allow for fast delivery), I always aim to meet your vision and preferences discussed beforehand.
Q: Do you travel for events?
A: Yes! I’m based in Surrey but happy to travel across the UK and beyond. Travel fees apply with all locations after 5 miles from my home — just ask for a quote when enquiring.
